Pastors Willie and Christina Cox serve as Lead and Youth Pastors at Bellbrook Community Church. With over 25 years in ministry, Willie has served in multiple ministry, nonprofit, and educational roles. Christina brings more than 15 years of experience ministering to children, teens, and young adults, along with a strong background in law as a paralegal. Together, they are passionate about building leaders, equipping the church, and helping every believer grow in faith and advance the Gospel.

Meredith Mannier serves as the Music Pastor and Office Admin at Bellbrook Community Church. Having grown up in the church, she developed a love for worship at an early age and has been part of worship teams since she was 16. While attending Lee University, she traveled with the renowned Lee Singers, further shaping her passion and skill in leading worship. She is deeply passionate about creating an atmosphere of worship and loves seeing God move powerfully in every service.

Michael and Tia Thomas serve as our Children’s Pastors, leading Kids Encounter each Sunday and Wednesday. Raised in pastors’ homes, they developed a deep passion for serving Christ and a love for helping children experience God’s wonder. Together, they are raising four children and bring creativity, dedication, and a wealth of gifts to BCC. Their heart is to guide the next generation to know, love, and follow Jesus in meaningful, lasting ways.

Carol Roe – Preschool Director & Church Secretary

Carol Roe has faithfully served at BCC for decades, leading the preschool and stepping in wherever needed. As a gifted administrator with a heart for children, she has impacted generations of families through her leadership. Many of her earliest preschool students are now joyfully enrolling their own children in “Ms. Carol’s Preschool,” a testament to her lasting influence and love for the next generation.

Holly Clemens – Women’s Ministry & Church Secretary

Holly Clemens brings a strong background in human resources and hospital administration to her service at BCC, where she combines her professional expertise with her heart for ministry. She is passionate about helping women embrace all that God has for them and encouraging them to enjoy the journey of faith every step of the way.

Isaac Mannier serves as the Men’s Ministry Leader and as an Elder at Bellbrook Community Church. Faithful to teach God’s Word, he is passionate about seeing men grow both spiritually and relationally as they walk out their faith together. Isaac has been serving in the church since his teenage years and continues to lead with dedication and humility. Outside of ministry, he has a professional background in nursing, where he cares for cancer patients at Kettering Medical Center.

Jerry and Martha Rush have faithfully served Christ for decades, bringing a wealth of wisdom and perspective to the BCC family. Now in their 80s, their lives are a testimony of steadfast devotion and joyful service. Jerry serves as the Lead Elder, offering guidance and spiritual oversight, while Martha directs the Choir, leading worship with heart and excellence. Together, they are actively involved in prayer ministry and the Sunday Breakfast Fellowship, continuing to bless and strengthen the body of Christ

Jean Meyer has faithfully served Bellbrook Community Church for over 25 years as Director of Young at Heart, our senior adult ministry. Her dedication to Christ and love for people have been evident through decades of service, from janitorial work to ministry leadership. Jean and her late husband, Bill, played a key role in the church’s history, including helping erect the new sanctuary in 1979. Today, she continues to inspire and bless the BCC family through her leadership and faithfulness.

Connor and Madison Schaeper are a devoted young couple passionate about serving God and loving others. They facilitate young adult gatherings, helping peers grow in faith and community, and direct a Sunday morning class for preschool through 2nd grade, guiding children in understanding God’s Word. With warmth, dedication, and a servant-hearted spirit, they bring energy and care to every area of ministry, making them a valued and cherished part of their church family.
